Sarah Louise


Process Serving and Trace Manager

Sarah-Louise or Lou as she is known to friends and colleagues, joined Arkline in 2019. Lou has come from an Insurance background where she worked for ten years.

Karen S

Investigations Coordinator

Karen joined us in 2018 after working for the British library. She compiles financial status reports, pre-sue reports and debtor profiles.


Administrative Support

Karen joined Arkline in April 2019 after spending over 20 years working in the Insurance sector.

Jo Leighton



Jo joined Arkline in 2021 after being a Team Leader within a Debt Recovery Department for over 20 years.


Adminstrative Assistant

James works for Arkline part-time and is currently in his first year studying Economics at the University of York

Philip is currently a Project Leader for Beneficiary Tracing Projects, a role which perfectly suits his skills and background which has included Project Manager for some major companies over the past ten years .

Peter currently works within our Beneficiary Tracing Team and his IT knowledge is second to none, having obtained three distinctions in IT.

Becky joined the team at Arkline after leaving Newcastle University with a 1st Class honours degree in Geography. She has a sharp mind which is ideally suited to methodically managing data and producing the results and MI information required by our clients.
