Our in-house specialist tracing agents use an extensive range of databases not available to the general public as well as other resources in order to gather information. These are systematically investigated until we obtain evidence you require regarding the mortality of the debtor.
Our tracing process
After receiving your instruction, we will undertake a search to try and establish whether a death certificate has been issued for the subject. If we can find no evidence that they are deceased, we will look for proof that they are alive. Examples include social media profiles, credit links, and visits to any property where they are suspected to be residing. Our experienced mortality tracers will check your records against all relevant sources including the current and historic electoral roles, Companies House, Births, Deaths, and Marriages, the Land Registry, Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF), and many others.
We work quickly and efficiently and are conscious of your timescales and budget. To find out more about how we can help with mortality tracing, please get in touch today.
